Welcome to GTC Café — a creative space for games, art, and community.
To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please take a moment to read our rules and guidelines below.

🎲 Gaming Fee (Board Games Only)

Online payment: €7
Pay at the door: €8
Exception: Returning guests and loyalty members may pay €5 at the door.
10% Discount for Student

Important:

The gaming fee applies only to board game usage and is separate from any food or drink purchases.
Payment must be completed before starting any games.
Each gaming fee covers one seat and unlimited access to the board game collection for the day.
Gaming fees are non-refundable once play has started.

🍰 Minimum Purchase (Free-Entry Events)

A €5 minimum purchase per person is required for all events that do not include an entrance or gaming fee.
This purchase may include any drink, snack, or food item from the café menu.

🏠 Café Guidelines

To maintain a friendly, comfortable, and organized atmosphere for all our guests, please follow these guidelines:

Outside food, drinks, or personal waste are not permitted inside the café.
Please maintain a friendly tone and avoid arguments or loud or disruptive behaviour.
Kindly return used cups, dishes, and cutlery to the counter before leaving.
If you move any chairs or tables, please return them to their original positions.
Handle all board games carefully and return them complete and neatly to the shelves.
Keep all game pieces (cards, dice, tokens, etc.) together so the next players can enjoy them too.

⚠️ If Guidelines Are Not Followed

A friendly reminder will be given.
Continued violations may result in being asked to leave the café or being excluded from upcoming events.
Serious or repeated issues may lead to restricted access to the café, including removal from event groups or communication channels.

💳 On-Site Payment

For guests who have not paid online, a QR code for payment is available at the entrance.
Please complete the payment before entering the game area or starting any activities.
Access to the game collection or participation in events is permitted only after payment.
