Walk into GTC Caf\u00e9 and you may notice something unusual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Books hang from the ceiling. A vintage radio rests quietly in the corner. Some of our tables have been here for more than 200 years<\/strong>. Another carries volcanic stones. And our approximately 90-year-old chess table<\/strong> still invites people to sit down and play.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

None of these things were chosen simply because they look interesting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They have stories.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And together, they make GTC Caf\u00e9 a place unlike any other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We didn’t want to create a caf\u00e9 that simply looked beautiful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We wanted to create a place that felt alive<\/strong>\u2014a place where you could slow down, look around, discover something unexpected, and feel that you had stepped into a different world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every corner of GTC has been carefully filled with objects, furniture, books, vintage treasures, and unusual details that bring character and history into the space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some are old.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some are rare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some are simply curious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the treasures at GTC is an antique radio, approximately 100 years old<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Long before smartphones, streaming services, and social media, people gathered around radios to listen, talk, and share time together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, our vintage radio quietly watches over a new generation of conversations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The technology has changed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The need to connect hasn’t.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

90 Years of Chess<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our approximately 90-year-old chess table<\/strong> is another piece of GTC’s history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chess has always been more than a game. It creates conversation, competition, concentration\u2014and sometimes friendship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Decades after this table was made, people are still sitting around it, making their next move.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some things never go out of style.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You’ll also find a table featuring volcanic stones<\/strong>, bringing a small piece of the natural world into our caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
