Welcome to GTC Caf\u00e9<\/strong> \u2013 a creative space for board games, great food, art, and community.<\/p>\n

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please take a moment to read our rules and guidelines.<\/p>\n

Board Game Fee<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

  • Online Payment:<\/strong> \u20ac7<\/li>\n
  • Pay at the Caf\u00e9:<\/strong> \u20ac8<\/li>\n
  • Exception:<\/strong> Regular guests and loyal members may pay \u20ac5<\/strong> at the caf\u00e9.<\/li>\n
  • Students:<\/strong> 10% discount.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Important<\/h3>\n

    • The board game fee applies only to the use of our board game collection<\/strong> and is separate from any food or beverage purchases.<\/li>\n
    • Payment must be completed before<\/strong> starting any game.<\/li>\n
    • Each game fee includes one seat<\/strong> and unlimited access<\/strong> to our board game library for the entire day.<\/li>\n
    • The game fee is non-refundable<\/strong> once play has started.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Minimum Purchase (Free Entry Events)<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

      For all events that do not require an entrance or game fee<\/strong>, a minimum purchase of \u20ac5 per person<\/strong> is required.<\/p>\n

      This purchase may include any drink, snack, dessert, or meal available on our caf\u00e9 menu.<\/p>\n

      Caf\u00e9 Guidelines<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

      To help maintain a friendly, comfortable, and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone, please follow these guidelines:<\/p>\n

      • Outside food, beverages, and personal waste are not permitted<\/strong> inside the caf\u00e9.<\/li>\n
      • Please be respectful of other guests and avoid loud, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.<\/li>\n
      • Before leaving, please return all used cups, plates, glasses, and cutlery to the service counter.<\/li>\n
      • If you move any tables or chairs, please return them to their original position.<\/li>\n
      • Handle all board games with care and return them to the shelves complete and neatly organized.<\/li>\n
      • Keep all game components together, including cards, dice, tokens, and other pieces, so future guests can enjoy them as well.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        If the Rules Are Not Followed<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n
          \n
        • A friendly reminder will be given.<\/li>\n
        • Continued violations may result in being asked to leave the caf\u00e9 or being denied participation in current or future events.<\/li>\n
        • Serious or repeated misconduct may result in restricted access to the caf\u00e9, including removal from our event groups or communication channels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Guests who have not paid online can use the QR code available at the entrance<\/strong> to complete their payment.<\/p>\n
