GTC Café – Rules & Guidelines

Welcome to GTC Café – a creative space for board games, great food, art, and community.

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please take a moment to read our rules and guidelines.

Board Game Fee

• Online Payment: €7
• Pay at the Café: €8
• Exception: Regular guests and loyal members may pay €5 at the café.
• Students: 10% discount.

Important

• The board game fee applies only to the use of our board game collection and is separate from any food or beverage purchases.
• Payment must be completed before starting any game.
• Each game fee includes one seat and unlimited access to our board game library for the entire day.
• The game fee is non-refundable once play has started.

Minimum Purchase (Free Entry Events)

For all events that do not require an entrance or game fee, a minimum purchase of €5 per person is required.

This purchase may include any drink, snack, dessert, or meal available on our café menu.

Café Guidelines

To help maintain a friendly, comfortable, and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

• Outside food, beverages, and personal waste are not permitted inside the café.
• Please be respectful of other guests and avoid loud, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
• Before leaving, please return all used cups, plates, glasses, and cutlery to the service counter.
• If you move any tables or chairs, please return them to their original position.
• Handle all board games with care and return them to the shelves complete and neatly organized.
• Keep all game components together, including cards, dice, tokens, and other pieces, so future guests can enjoy them as well.

If the Rules Are Not Followed

• A friendly reminder will be given.
• Continued violations may result in being asked to leave the café or being denied participation in current or future events.
• Serious or repeated misconduct may result in restricted access to the café, including removal from our event groups or communication channels.

Payment at the Café

Guests who have not paid online can use the QR code available at the entrance to complete their payment.

Please complete your payment before entering the gaming area or participating in any activity.

Access to the board game library and participation in events is permitted only after payment has been completed.

Acceptance of These Rules

By entering GTC Kahvila or participating in any of our events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these rules and guidelines.
