To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants, please read and follow the guidelines below:

✔️ 1. Check-in & Registration

Please arrive on time for check-in at the entrance.

Show your ticket/confirmation email to receive your wristband.

✔️ 2. Food & Drinks

Outside food or drinks are not allowed.

All served food is included based on your ticket type (tea, coffee, cookies, fruits, Persian treats, etc.).

Alcohol is not permitted inside the event.

✔️ 3. Seating & Space

Please respect seating arrangements and shared spaces.

Do not block pathways or emergency exits.

If you move a chair or table, please return it after use.

✔️ 4. Cleanliness

Please place used dishes, cups, and cutlery on the return tray.

Dispose of trash in the appropriate bins.

✔️ 5. Respectful Behavior

Be kind and friendly to other guests.

No loud arguments, harassment, or disruptive behavior.

The staff may ask guests to leave in case of repeated disturbances.

Feel free to take photos!

Please ask permission before photographing someone directly.

We may take photos for future events — let us know at the entrance if you’d prefer not to appear in pictures.
